The applicant is seeking approval of a Site Plan Modification for the Duke Energy and Halcyon site to eliminate the hotel portion of the project and construct a new 35-story building with 305 residential units and 8,428 sq. ft. of commercial space. In addition to the existing 16-story building with 228,000 of office and retail space, the applicant is requesting Floor Area Ratio bonuses and a variance to the Albert Whitted Airport Height Limitations.
