President Marilyn Olsen called the meeting t order.
Three guests spoke 10 to 15 minutes each and answered questions. They were:
Sean Flanagan, Vice President Development, Senior managing Director Southeast, Mill Creek LLC, which will be developing the Bayway apartment complex at 235 Third Avenue N, scheduled to open in 2014.
Chuck Prather, owner of the historic Birchwood Manor, 340 Beach Dr NE, which is now undergoing extensive renovations. DNA supports saving the building.
Tim Clemmons, principal, Mesh Architecture, for Campbell Landings, a seniors apartment building, 6th Street S and 4th Avenue S.
