The results of our Strategic Visioning survey indicated that 36% of downtown residents are very concerned and 34% have some concerns about Neighborhood Character. We have reached out to Manny to present the analysis of the Place Economic study commissioned by Preserve the Burg to address this.

Place Economics is a private sector firm with over thirty years experience in the thorough and robust analysis of the economic impacts of historic preservation. Manny will present the final findings from the analysis of St. Petersburg.

You can read about Place Economics at this link. You can access a Catalyst article about the analysis here.
