Interested in Joining the SPDNA Board of Directors?

Are you passionate about downtown St. Pete and ready to help shape its future? The St. Petersburg Downtown Neighborhood Association (SPDNA) is inviting individual and household members to apply for a position on our Board of Directors.

As a board member, you’ll play a vital role in guiding the organization’s mission to advocate for a vibrant, livable, and connected downtown community. Board members work on key initiatives, attend regular meetings, and represent the voice of residents in city matters and community planning. Some changes next year: board members will have the option of joining the seven (7) planning meetings virtually. General meetings held four (4) times a year (January, April, July and October) will still require in person attendance.

Requirements to Apply:

• You must be an SPDNA member by November 30, 2025 to be eligible for nomination.

• Board terms and responsibilities will be discussed in detail with interested candidates.

• You must live within the boundaries of the association to be eligible.
